What to expect when you first arrive for a therapy session
The first visit will begin with a thorough consultation involving questions about your general health and vitality, medical history, emotional well being, life style, diet and exercise. Each visit after that will begin with a brief discussion on your general wellbeing since your last visit.
What to expect during a session
All treatments are carried out with the client fully clothed. You will be lying comfortably on a massage table throughout the treatment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rescedule your appointment or you may be charged for the missed appointment.
Who is likely to benefit from a therapy session
Everyone can benefit from regular treatments. It has helped many people with a wide variety of aliments. Most importantly it is excellent as a preventive health care regime as it keeps the body in good health and so we are better able to cope with the stresses and strains of daily living and with whatever may come our way as we journey through our lives.
Complementary not alternative
Holistic therapies are supportive to the client in their own healing process.They are not used to diagnose, nor are they intended to replace conventional medicine. In instances of illness or bodily dysfunction, a medical practioner should be consulted.
